Joe Burrow Went From Leading A Game-Winning Drive To Making This Face In A Matter Of Moments

Joe Burrow in shock after the Bengals missed an easy game-tying field goal
CBS

Joe Burrow drove the Bengals from their own 18-yard line deep into Chargers territory. With seconds left, Burrow found A.J. Green in the corner of the end zone for the game-winning touchdown in his first NFL game! What a debut!

OK, so there was a flag. The ref said Green pushed off. Still, the Bengals had a 31-yard field goal attempt to tie the game and send it into overtime. Randy Bullock would make it.

Bullock's field goal went wide, wide right and Joe Burrow's march down the field was all for naught. To make things even more humiliating, it looks like Bullock injured himself on the play.

The Bengals may have the top rookie quarterback, but they still find a way to lose in Bengals-like fashion.
