Turned on the game for a minute and there's Justin Herbert* with big strips of tape on his arm. That brown kind of tape that looks like a Band-Aid. They say there's some athletic purpose to it, but I doubt it. If anything, it seems like the tape would slightly pinch or constrict the arm as you extend it.
